No Bake Chocolate Cookies
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups sugar
1 stick butter
½ cup evaporated milk
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 ½ cups quick oats
½ cup peanut butter
DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine sugar, butter cocoa powder, and evaporated milk
in saucepan and bring to a boil.
2. Allow to boil for 1 ½ minutes, stirring vigorously
3. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter then add oats.
4. Stir thoroughly and drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper.
5. Allow to cool in order for cookies to harden.
These are some of Elizabeth's favorite cookies.
