I am a very proud mother of three and now a grandmother. I love to watch my youngest daughter play Fastpitch Softball. I hope you enjoy my page!!I love my family and enjoy spending time with them. Unfortunately, we are all living pretty far from one another now so this blog let's me share what's going on in my life with them.
No Bake Chocolate Cookies INGREDIENTS: 2 cups sugar 1 stick butter ½ cup evaporated milk 4 tablespoons cocoa powder 2 ½ cups quick oats ½ cup peanut butter
DIRECTIONS: 1. Combine sugar, butter cocoa powder, and evaporated milk in saucepan and bring to a boil. 2. Allow to boil for 1 ½ minutes, stirring vigorously 3. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter then add oats. 4. Stir thoroughly and drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper. 5. Allow to cool in order for cookies to harden.
